Re-positioning a Fenway landmark

Boston Environmental Corp. and J. Derenzo partnered with Samuels & Associates on its redevelopment of the Howard Johnson’s on Boylston St. into the new Verb Hotel.

BEC completed asbestos surveys of the property prior to Samuels & Assoc. acquisition, then performed all asbestos monitoring and abatement oversight that was done during the building renovations. The J. Derenzo team performed tree removal, drainage, utility work, and site work to the parking lots and pool areas.
